Founder & Managing Principal
Dr. Laurine Ngozi Ubanozie is a distinguished Board Governance Professional, Fellow Chartered Risk Manager (FCRM), Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), and accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate governance, enterprise risk management, structured trade finance, banking, energy, commodities, consulting, technology, and strategic business development.
A respected governance advocate, she serves as Governing Council Member and Treasurer of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI) and holds board leadership positions across multiple organizations. She is the Founder and President of the Formidable Jewels Foundation for the Needy — a nonprofit advancing education, youth mentorship, women empowerment, and humanitarian interventions. Within Rotary International, she serves as Assistant Governor and has earned the African Leader of Integrity Award, ECOWAS Distinguished Leadership Award, and Paul Harris Fellow Recognition.
An accomplished author, her published works include Fuel Subsidy: Impact of Crude Oil Price Increase on Nigeria, Grace, Grit and Growth: The Reinvention of Dr. Laurine N. Ubanozie, and The Power of the Five Intelligences. She holds a D.Sc. (Honorary) in Petroleum Resources Management & Corporate Governance, an MBA from the University of South Wales (UK), an MPA from Lagos State University, and a B.A. from Bayero University.
